Golden Ale is the first beer we ever brewed. We were inspired coming back from a trip to UK. This was back in 2004. During the first year of production we changed the recipe quite a lot. Today it’s one of the most popular Ales in Sweden. We think it’s the perfect pub beer but it goes well to many different dishes as well. Golden Ale is characterised by a clean malt flavour, medium body and medium bitterness. The two different hop varieties contribute with earthy notes with a hint of honey and citrus

Botella de 33 cl en el momento el 29-03-2015. color dorado transparente con poca espuma blanca. Aromas y sabores ligeramente dulces afrutados con amargo seco algo duradero. Cuerpo ligero a medio con 5.2 vol fácil de beber.

Flaske, delt med Einar påskeferien-15: klar gylden med hvitt gardinskum. Malt med karamelltoner, citrus og mango i både aroma og smak. En særdeles god golden ale (en stilart jeg synes ofte blir for intetsigende), nesten som en frisk ipa. Iflg etiketten har de brukt pale malt, lys karamellmalt, ekg og cascade.

Bottle from the Systembolaget Hansacompagniet, Malmo. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a thin broken white head and a little lace with a few bubbles. The aroma is light maly, yeast, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a malty, light resin hop bitter palate and a short bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle consumed in Kosovo, thank you Tord. Pours golden, a bit hazy with a small white head. Nose of summer fruit (apricot, peach), wheat grains, bread. Mouth is very balanced: barley, light pine bitterness and nice character. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Lys brun klar med tynt hvitt skum. Lukter humle og grapefrukt.Medium kullsyre. Lettdrikkelig med humlebitter avslutning.

Bottle. Light hazy deep golden liquid with medium off-white head. Good head retention with nice curtains. Aroma of herbs, bread, grass, citrus, grapefruit, candy, earth and toast. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of bread, herbs, candy and grapefruit peel. A light sweet maltiness is somewhere in the back. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Pretty nice and drinkable. My bottle was on the older side though, would have preferred to try a younger one.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkel goldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, Karamell, Citrus. Geschmack malzig, leicht bitter fruchtig, leicht süß.
