Bottle from kestral, thanks! Blonde, hazy. Vanilla, and floral citric hops in the aroma. Floral hopbitter, slightly perfumed flavor with citrus, vanilla. Very tasty, well balanced, maybe a bit too perfumed.

330ml bottle. Pours hazy bright orange. Orange, cloves, brioche, intense Belgian yeast stuff, lemon peel. Nice full body. Just a bit too much for me.

On tap at Bir & Fud, Rome on 5th July 2018. Clear gold with shallow white foam and patterned lacing. Rich and intense grassy hop aroma. Grassy and nutty in-mouth with citrus zest. A bittersweet finish if fruits and grassiness. Smooth mouthfeel and full body.

Light orange with golden hints, slightly hazy. Quite big and dense white head, nice retention and lacing. Nicely vivid aroma has a soft/sweet dough and sugary base, followed by flowery and fruity notes (orange, melon). Maybe a spicy hint. Taste follows notes from aroma, though definitely less bright (especially in the fruity part). Medium to high sweetness and medium bitterness, a hint of grassiness in a still semi-sweet, though clean enough, finish. Medium to dense bodied with medium to high carbonation in a rather full but still smooth mouthfeel. 100% tripel, the ipa part in the name is definitely deceiving. However, a good one.

Tap at Bir & Fud, Rome. Pours hazy dark amber with an initially huge thick domed off-white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma of hop, citrus, malt, sweet caramel, yeast, bread and a touch of honey. Quite heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium to full body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Pretty good beer with the triple/IPA working for me.
