Bottle from Vinmonopolet shared by Rune@CPH BeerFest2010, thanks. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is hops, spices, some alcohol and quite sweet malty. Flavour is quite much the same. A quite pleasant tripel with some extra hops.

Bottled. Cloudy straw colour, lively head. Fruity almondy belgo-yeast meets grapefruit and pineapple from US hops. Sweet and near full bodied with spritzy rounded mouthfeel. Salty bitterness. As near always in this cross-over style the intensity of the hops gives an immediate sensation, but hides finer details.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of lemon and citrusy hops. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of citrusy and grassy hops, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Pours an almost clear golden with an off-white head leaving laces. Sweet fruity aroma with some alcohol present. Solid body, sweet and lightly perfumy fruits with lots of yeast and phenols. Rather bitter and astringent - quinine-like. 010510

Bottle 33 cl. Orange, hazy with a minimal offwhite head. Aroma; I got a light flu, so can’t smell too good, but want a good beer anyway... huff, ok, nice fruity! some yeast? Citrus? Flavor; again nice hoppy, yeast and I’m not sure but banana? Light bitter ending. I guess I would give it an eight without the d... flu.

Big offwhite shiny head. Hazy yellow body. Fruity spicy herbal aroma with meaty mealy milky notes. Dry-sweetish spicy Belgian yeast taste with grassy metallic notes. Mild mouthfeel. Mid-bodied. Dry-bitter herbal mealy peppery aftertaste with toffee and straw notes. Nice, but obviously more of a tripel than an IPA. (0.33l bottle, wine monopoly.)
