Flaska från belgiuminabox. Riktigt grumlig, inget skum, liknar ofiltrerad och opasteuriserad äppelmust. Stor fruktig doft med ananas, mango, papaya och citrus, men också kåda och resin i bakgrunden. Bra, lite tuggig kropp. Fruktig men också ganska besk, beskare än stilen annars. Men det balanserar fruktigheten bra. Riktigt gott.

Bottle @ home. Murky opaque pale yellow color, average sized white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is lightly malts, heavily hopped and very fruity. Nice! A lot of tropical frit in the flavor as well. Very nice this one! Really enjoying this. Suitable body and carbonation as well. Lovely beer!

Pours super hazy yellow. Small white head medium lacing. Smell is very fruity, just like the real us versions. Taste is full, oranges, bit fruity, bitter, bit plastic though ( very mildly ) ok.

Keg at Brussels Beer Project, Brussels, Belgium. A hazy yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, orange, tropical fruit on the nose. Tastes hoppy, orange, tropical fruit, pineapple, slightly sweet. Very enjoyable IPA, and one of the best beers that I consumed at the brewery on the day.

Tasting glass @ BBP. Ugly hazy orange, creamy small white head. Nose is milky cheese, murky, low onion, nicely hazy. Taste is doughy with cheese, mellow onion hazy. Nicely cheesy body. It grew on me, not the greatest within the style but a surprisingly decent offering, rather enjoyable.Earlier Rating: 6/27/2017 Total Score: 3.5Thank you for sharing Antwerp Untappd Crew! Sampled draft @ Swafff 2017! Super murky milky orange, some mango juice, little head, overly so. Taste us murky yeast, wheat, mango juice with murky yeast. Taste is dull murky cheesy yeast, far too murky yeast, okay but falls flat & becomes a bit comical, white bread. Murky bit flat. Bit too much about the haze & not enough about the hops, not bad overall, fell a bit flat for me.

Draught at BXL Beerfest, thanks Olivier for sharing. BBP collaborating with Weird Beard to create a true New England style IPA - the hype is far from over, apparently. Thinnish, cream white, more or less stable head over an equally cloudy yellow blonde beer with peach juice-like hue. Aroma of lime juice that has been exposed to air for a few days, mango flesh, freshly squeezed pineapple juice, pink grapefruit, dough, passion fruit. Vivid and very expressive tropical fruitiness in the onset, papaja, pineapple, rambutan, guava, a hint of cucumber too, sweetish and sourish, soft, yet a bit spritzy on the carbonation for this particular substyle, adding minerally effects which do not fit a NEIPA all too well, but only in detail and otherwise not impairing drinkability in any way. A doughy underground leads to a very aromatic, tropical finish with retronasal ’sunny’ New World hoppiness, lime and mango again, a hint of sweet onions somewhere, orange juice, a bit dank; soft bitterness stretches out over the tongue’s root but the aroma gets all the hoppy credit here. Lacks just a little bit in creaminess and just a little bit overcarbonated in comparison with the ’authentic’ NEIPAs from the other side of the Atlantic, but that is minor criticism: this is very likely the closest thing to NEIPA brewed on Belgian soil so far.
