Taster showing deep wine red with no head. The nose shows moderately intense notes of juicy raspberry. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Lightly sweet with juicy strawberries throughout and barely any tartness. Drinks closer to juice and a bit too thin.

Botella 37.5 CL comprada en Bujas en septiembre de 2017 y tomada en el Kraken Oviedo 29..08.. 2019. (r762) Color rosáceo velado con espuma rosácea que desaparece al poco tiempo casi por completo. Sabores suaves entre ácidos y frutos del bosque. Parece que está algo apagada en cuanto a sabores silvestres y ácidos. Se esperaba algo más. Cuerpo medio al que se le esperaba algo más de sabor encontrándose por momentos algo apagada y falta de chispa. Buena.

100 ml from tap, sampled @ Beergeek Bar, Prague. Unclear red, no head. Red pepper, strawberry, citrus notes, cranberry, some rosé sparkling wine. Fruity sourness. Light bodied, watery texture, light dry fruity finish, lively texture. Good!
