Tap at Gar Eden. Pale blond colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, quite sweet, grainy background. Dark fruit and berries. Taste is initially really nice, fruity again. Further down graininess takes over. Light spiciness too. Quite interesting. Lingering taste afterwards is strong fruitiness. Rerate 2015: really like it this time. Spice more pronounced. Great stuff. Score up.

Tap @ Borefts 2017. Citrus and hints of boiled rice in the vinous aroma, herbal, spicy bitter flavor with citrus. Vinous finish. Lacking in balance, but interesting.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2017. Slightly hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, herbal-spicy and slightly floral-grassy aroma of hay, lemon peel and ginger. Sweetish, slightly bitter, rather herbal-spicy and slightly floral-grassy taste of hay, ginger, dill and some lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather herbal-spicy and grassy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017, day 1. Clear a bit pale yellow golden color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, wheat, floral, green plants, lightly a sweet-bitter hint towards the finish. Average body and carbonation.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ Borefts 2017. Day 2. Hazy golden, creamy lacing white head. Nose is interesting, strongly mineral, floral, almost salty. Alas another Shiga Kogen beer where smell beats taste for me. Taste is weaker, paper, doughy, yeast, missing a lot of the interesting stuff from the smell. Body is yeast & paper.
