A love of lemon ice tea resulted in the conception of this guy, so using our lemon sour as a base we infused the lemon zest/juice and TEA hopped it using fresh Earl grey.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. A slightly hazy pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of Earl Grey tea, herbs, citrus. Taste of green tea, herbs, soft tart fruits, interesting.

Clear pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of lavender, soapy, bit fruity, orange peel, very floral. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit sourish start, lemony, rather soapy, lemon juice, floral, some lavender. Aftertaste: bergamot, tea, bit sourish, fruity, lemon candy.

Taste is slightly dry citrusy, wet grass, lemon, citrus peel, unripe berries, wet grain old cellar. Little bitterness, slightly dry citrusy and watery mouthfeel. Nice.

Draught@CBC2015. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity and some lactic and mild sour wooden notes with mild berries to it. Flavour is tart fruits, some wood, mild lactic notes as well as some mild toffee and quite big bitterness.
