Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. Drukket på Bergstua 5 Sep 17. Varm gyldengul. Høyt tett skum som daler sakte. Litt lacing. Forsiktig fruktaroma. Silkemyk munnfølelse. Smaken lett tørr. Spor av frukt. Mye bunnfall. Behagelig øl hvor en lurer på hvor alkoholen ble av.

Bottle. Unclear orange body with a nice, creamy off-white head. Not very strong in aroma, some fruity hops in general with grass, resin and quite much alcohol. Not really boozy, but a clear indication. Flavor is sweet malt that quickly seems to be hidden behind a sharp, but not very bitter grassy bitterness and lots of alcohol. Some kind of fruitiness seems to be present here as well, but becomes totally in the background. Kind of medium bodied, but feels like it’s not capable to handle the high alcohol and becomes unbalanced. All in all too alcoholic and unbalanced for my liking. For me this beer is doing too IPA what malt liqueur does to Pils.

Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry concentrated grassy, old citrus peel, wet grass, yeast, alcohol, minerals, old leafs, butterscotch, bubblegum, fruit stones, hints of banana. Taste is slightly dry and harsh concentrated grassy, weeds, minerals, alcohol, harsh hops, bark, harsh citrus peel, lawn, old leafs, paper, sawdust, cardboard, hints of medicine. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry medical mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.
