Glanzfein und hellgelb: So kommt unser Pilsner ins Glas – und ist mit seinem feinporigen Schaum schon optisch ein Erlebnis. Aber wir brauen es ja nicht zum Anschauen. Vielleicht mal riechen? Dabei fällt vor allem ein ausgeprägtes Hopfenaroma auf. Das macht die raffiniert abgestimmte Mixtur aus Hallertauer Aromahopfen. Und wie trinkt sichs? Leicht und trocken. Getragen von einer zartherben Bitternote. Zum Ende hin sehr rund und sehr harmonisch.

Wooden barrel gravity pour at the brew house in Bamberg. Aroma is non descript. Almost flat gold look. Good, mouth filling bitterness. Very easy to drink with somewhat sweet ending. Trying not to let romance of this building get to me....

Clear golden color and a nice white head. Clean, grassy, malty-dusty. Nice hoppy and faint dryish finish

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal notes, grass and straw. Flavour is full of grassy hops, straw and biscuity malt. Herbal finish. A bit too herbal and vegetal.

During MBCC 2023 Saturday morning session with Matt, Brian, Ryan, Phill, Erik, along with superhelpful, funny, and sarcastic Rachel, hehe. Appearance: clear blonde. Aroma: lager hops. Taste: same, crispy and bitter. Overall: ok.

Bottle online from Raynville Superstore. Pours clear golden with a large throthy white head. Aromas of grains, hay, grass and white bread. Taste is is quite citrus and floral with a little more bread and some grass on the finish. Thinnish body, fairly low carbonation and slightly oily mouthfeel. Not my favourite style but a beer true to the Pils style. Ok.

Tap at Himmergerit, Copenhagen, 25th October 22. Pours a clear lager. Aroma is sweet hay. Taste is mellow, yeast, light malts and light bitterness, it’s decent, but not outstanding

Op tap bij Kromme Haring Lagerfest, uit Stein. Moutig, vers brood, hint van verbrande broodkorst of toast, licht grassig, licht fruitig, grassig en herbaal, wat citrusschil, goede bitter die lang uitvloeit. Lichte tot medium body, zacht mondgevoel. Meerdere Steins van genuttigd, erg lekker.
