Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è appena percepibile e il modo in cui permane è corta. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona ed è di persistenza lunga. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido appare nuvoloso. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è vivace. Il colore è ambrato.Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il tetto della bocca porta note di caramello, miele, biscotto e cereali.

On tap ambrata velata discreta schiuma media persistenza piuttosto maltata un po di caramello frutta matura un leggero lievito speziato tendenza dolce

Bottle shared. Pours murky brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, veggies, dark fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation.

Bottle at DSG 2011. Deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, caramel. Flavour is fruit, malt, caramel, hop. Medium body. OK beer.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Hazy amber with a lasting thin off white head. Sweet malty aroma nad flavor, lots of fruit, caramel, a bit of cookie. Nice.

Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG11.Clear medium amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, light light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty, light nutty, leather notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dusty malt, burnt caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110820]

Cloudy amber with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with peach and other fruit and a bit of bready malt. Sweet malty flavour with dried fruit and a bit of spice.

Bottle, 75cl. It’s a slighlty hazy one, golden in color and with a dense, finger-thick light beige head. Herbal, piney nose with some caramel hints. Dry, full to medium bodied and nicely carbonated. The flavor has toffee, bitterness, herbs, some citrus peel and a touch of alcohol. Slightly warming on the palate. Nothing amazing going on here, but it’s quite decent anyway. 110820

Pours hazy brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and grassy hops. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
