It’s impossible not thinking of Ireland while drinking a stout! So our beer has been completely dedicated to Ireland, in particular to one of the most beautiful and appealing spot of the Emerald Isle: Aran Islands. This beer is our interpretation of the classic “Irish Style”. Color (of course) is dark and inscrutable. Foam has nutty glares and it’s thick and foamy. On the nose stand out notes of coffee, roasted barley, cocoa beans and caramel. On the mouth is silky, with a good complexity and the sweetness of malts has been elevated at the top.

Bottiglia.

Hand pumped at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours black, with a creamy light brown persistent foam. Aroma is coffee, a little vanilla and chocolate. Body is kind of thin, with practically absent carbonation. Taste is a little sweet, but also roasty bitter. Final is quite dry.
