Colonel Toby is a "Hoppy Little Farmhouse Ale". It's highly drinkable, completely dry, citrusy from the Citra hops in the boil and dry hop, and has a subtle yeast complexity. Along with Le Petit Prince, it's one of our daily drinkers at Jester King. We think you'll enjoy having this neat, tidy little beer around in cans. Brewed in collaboration with The Kernel Brewery in London, England.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 19;08/24. Hazed orange topped with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is mellow funk, herb, barnyard nip, orange peel, dusty straw. Taste comprises hay bale, lemon rind, mellow yeast esters, light spice, hedgerow, grains, modest funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay easy drinking saison .. can't argue with the flavour profile for the meagre ABV.

750mL bottled December 2021, 8/4/22. Clear, honey-brass-golden. Medium-size, white head shows moderate retention. Seems like we've caught the Brett in a perfect state. Just starting to get perfumey, but not quite. Otherwise, tart, juicy, funky with lime skin, hickory skin and other typical Brett brux acids. Rustic grains, soft hops and big minerality. But man, that Brett.... In the mouth it doesn't fail to keep the Brett train going. Juicy, funky, tart, mineralic with lime skin, lemon, light band aid and a soft, but bone dry, supportive malt character. Infinitely drinkable on account of its size but not thin/watery/light. Clean and just a study in Brett.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, large fluffy white head, good lacing. Aroma is grain, citrus, field grass. Flavor is light plus bitter, citrus, grain, but of a bite. Mineral water note. Light body, soft carbonation. Prolly should have cracked this right away

Draft. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of funk, fruit, flowers, and malt. The flavor is a bit acidic with notes of funk, malt, brett, fruit, and some flowers, leading to a dry finish.
