375ml bottle. Jet black colour with average to huge, thick, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige to tan head. Roasty, chocolately dark malty and vinous, fruity aroma, notes of dark chocolate, coffee, blue grapes, hints of rum, raisin, caramel, plum, morello. Taste is sweet-ish, roasty, chocolately dark malty and vinous fruity, notes of dark chocolate, dark fruit, blue grapes, raisin, plum, plum butter, some caramel, tart-ish fruity counterpart with a touch of morello; minimally warming, alcoholic finish. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally astringent palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Intense, well balanced, dangerously drinkable - pretty good.

Degustator Raisinée 2019 batch, 10.1% Pours like motor oil and looks the part. No head to speak of. Very woody nose, tarr, burnt syrup, yet a certain sweetness. Vinous, raisins come out in the taste. Alcohol, portwine and fusels' galore. Finish has acquires something smoked, and even later, a light but remarkable fruitacidity, hints of dark berries. Well-bodied, alcoholthinning and -heat. Excellent, no need to say more.
