Baltic Porter with plums created with our Polish friends AleBrowar. Dark color with rubin relfexes and an exuberant red fruits marmalade, caramelized sugar, molasses and soy. Finish reminds of black bitter tannic tea and gives it a unique taste.

26/IX/25 - 33cl bottle from Brewfist Terminal 1 (IT), shared @ my Brewfist Italian night (home), BB: 30/XII/25, L191018 (2025-937)
Clear dark brown beer, creamy beige head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, good roast, dried fruits, chocolate notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lovely, good roast, a little sweet, lots of chocolate, malty, soft acidity, more malts, nice, good stuff! Aftertaste: a bit oxidized, leathery, nice, slightly metallic, chocolate, lovely!

Bottiglia.

Old rating found back on paper, unsure of what year I've had (or had this one). Pours black, small tanned head. Scent is a bit stale, old, dusty. Almost sweaty, swiming pool - like in a way. Hard to describe, but not that good. Taste is full, sharp, tad bitter, dark malts. Not great.
