Keg at Borefts Beer Festival 2018. Pours opaque amber with an off-white head. Aroma: sweet malts, light caramel, yeasty, wood, juniper, light smoke. Taste: moderate sweet and light bitter, sweet malt, juniper, wood, smoked tea, light caramel. Medium body with soft carbonation.

Kobberfarget. Filmskum med litt farge. Lett krydret gjæraroma. Smaken einer & granskog. Balansert. Gjennomgående lett røykpreg. Behagelig øl!

Draught @ 10th. BBF 2018 [ 10th Borefts Beer Festival 2018 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Klostergården Herbie ].Unclear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, light caramel, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, wood - juniper, light smoked. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet makt, pale malt, juniper, wood, smoke, smoked tea, light caramel. Borefts X. I'm ten for ten! Day 2. Keg. Hazy amber beer, small white head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts. Light herbs and spices. Modest orange peel citrus. Crisp finish. Nice enough. Don't think this brewey read the brief on the 9 + 1 theme though!

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish floral, sap, spruce twigs, grass, kveik, minerals, flowers, juniper, caramel malts, fruit stones, soil. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, hay, sour grass, minerals, kveik, spruce twigs, juniper, caramel malts, sap, fruit stones. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival, Day 1. Orangy color, virtually no head. Smell and taste malts, smoke, a bit sweet, a bit bitter, maybe some herbs or spices. Hmm ok beer.

On tap at Borefts '18. Amber brown colour, beige head. Aroma of yeast, spices, very herbal, sweet, sour-ish. Flavour follows, weird herbal mix, a bit sour. Light bodied.

Draught @ Borefts 2018, small sample. Wormwood, juniper berries, angelica seeds, no hops. HAzy deep golden color. White-ish head. Aroma's: light sulphuric, herbal. Retronasal: smoky, sourish, herbal. Flavor is light sweet, light sour. Light bodied. Not much finish, herbs.
