Lattina. Al naso arrivano impressioni di orzo tostato e di luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma minimal e dal colore bianco pannoso ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, pane tostato e luppolo.

Can 0.33l, two years old(!), bought at Valentino's pub, Palmanova. Lightly cloudy, red to black colored. AROMA- roasted malts, strawberry, citrusy, pine resins, jelly in chocolate. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, quite bitter, roasted, coffee, strongly resinous, spicy, touch of citrus. Medium bodied. Good.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma color cappuccino fine persistente, colore marrone intenso nero, al naso malto tostato caffè luppoli resina note erbacee, in bocca malto tostato agrumi leggero caffè resina e una punta di tabacco, corpo leggero, watery, carbonazione moderata, amaro moderato. Si lascia bere. c. Cantina della birra 18.08.23

Bottled@SBWF2014. Hazy deep brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, mild chocolate and some slight toasted tones. Flavour is chocolate, some sweet toffeeish tones, mild lychee and some mild wooden tones.

On tap at eretici beer festival. Aroma is foresty, herbal, pine, light fruit. Medium body. Flavour is malty, nice dark malts, chocolate, coffee, light vanilla, cacao. Excellent bipa.

Tap at Ballarak, Palermo, Sicily, 1st August 2020. Pours black, like a stout. Aroma is dark and roasted malts, citrus. Taste is good and bitter, cocoa, citrus and roasted malts. Really pleased to find a BIPA in Palermo.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black with fine cream colored foam. Aroma is coffee, a little licorice. Body is average, with light carbonation. Taste is mildly bitter/roasty. Final is fairly bitter.
