33cl bottle as a gift. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a minimal, white head. Fruity and slightly yeasty aroma with mild spices. Moderate sweet with pleasant Belgian flavours and light acidic notes. Draft at ‘t Witte Konijn, Amersfoort. Fairly hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat and banana. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with light prickly carbonation.

Tap at Neked Csak Dezső, Budapest. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is Saison yeast, light fruit, some spicy notes. The flavour is very light sweet citrus, acidic, with a fresh, crisp, yeasty, light clove, coriander spice palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

[ As Horizont Saison Witbier ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast - witbier yeast, sour, citric, passion fruit alike, grapes, spicy - coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, grapes, passion fruit alike, citirc, peppery, saison yeast - witbier yeast, coriander. Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced in Bulgaria. Pours mostly clear honey-gold, highly effervescent, with a fluffy white head that fades out quickly. Moderate saison yeast in the nose, some tangerine, wheat flakes, lemon peel. Light to medium sweet flavour with more wheat bread, some dough, somewhat juicy lemon and tangerine, further saison yeast expression, soft bitter straw. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, further yeast, citrus fruits, mellow rindy bitterness, more straw, doughy wheat bread. Quite an enjoyable beverage.
