(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 22 Feb 2017) Hazy golden colour with lasting, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of citrus, brett, grass, bread and grapefruit. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, bread, lemon, brett, a touch of cinnamon and a balanced sourness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Low bitterness. Tasty and very well balanced with a fresh acidity. Very nice.

On tap at Beertemple. Hazy peach-golden with a thin white head. Notes of lemons, berries, some sour cherries, green apple, light funk, mineral notes. Very clean sour, tart and refreshing.

Tap at BeerTemple, 16th February 17. Pours light straw, with a haze. Aroma is sour, cellar, wood, brett, earthy. Taste is smooth, tart fruit, apple skin, refreshing, sour, lemon sherbet. Liked this

Flaske 750ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Drukket i hyggelig selskap under Storflaskesesjon på Nerstranda 5 Nov 16. Gylden. Uklar. Filmskum. Skumpartikler på glasset. Lett fruktaroma. Smaken plommer. Grei men uvariert. Gjennomgående litt syrlig.

750ml design bottle from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Filmy layer, hazy golden body, dotted spots on the glass. Grass, yeast, and herbal hops on the nose. Mid-tart lemony flavours added by grass and leaves. Yeasty fruitiness to the finish. Refreshing and rounded on the swallow. (Shared with Stefan, Elisabeth and Finn, session in Tromsø 05.11.2016).

Draft @ Kings Arms, Bethnal Green E2. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart funky aroma. Fruity sour tart citrus funky flavor. Has a fruity sour tart woody citrus finish.

Bouteille 750ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur jaune-orangée pâle trouble, aucune mousse à l’exception de quelques grosses bulles fugaces. Arôme de levures sauvages, légèrement acide, malt, miel, cuir. Goût de levures sauvages, funk, malt, acidité moyenne, légère amertume, soupçon d’alcool, citron. Carbonatation presque absente voire nulle, corps moyen.
