Almost clear ruby & orange-shot cola-coloured beer with a small cream rim. Dark brown sugar, liquorice, hardboard. Just a little bit roast, almost bitter, superimposed on the expected flavours from above. Instead of brown sugar, obviously lactose. Quite slick, almost viscous; not very carbonated, medium bodied. Amusing, not special; 'milk stout' is the right denomination. Txs to Stef!

33 cl bottle at BeerLovers, Vienna. Creamy head and dark body .Coffee aroma. Roast and stone fruits flavour with a good balance between sweet and bitterness.

It is an interesting beer. The taste is really sweet, creamy, malty, plum, few vanilla, discreet roasted malt, taking power at the end. Buying it in Salzburg or Vienna, not sure, old memories, 10.04.2016.

Bottle from ADEG drunk after a thunderstorm while reading a silly, pun-riddled, low-brow fantasy novel Split Heirs that my Mom plucked from a book fair pile. Dark brown, tan head, very roasted nose with hints of sweetness. Very full body, a bit too sweet even, slightly metallic tang. Could use more bitterness to balance that lactose.

Schwarze Farbe mit beiger Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht röstmalziger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht röstmalzig mit Schokolade, Karamell und etwas Vanille. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle from Bierboutique Graz. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark black, small head. Starts fine malty, light roasty, some hints of vanilla. Finish well balanced, smooth-malty. Quite drinkable. Really nice!

Bottle@Jens place - Black pour with tan head. Sweet and roasted malty with notes of chocolate, some coffee, charred malty accents, caramel and toffee sweetness, light to medium body, sweet roasted malty close.

I’m not a big fan of sweet beers, but this is very well balanced. Dominant, acidic coffee and malt lemonade. Really enjoyed it.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Loncium Royal Dark ].Clear dark dark brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, roasted, light to moderate chocolate - milk chocolate, light to moderate wood - cassis. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, milk chocolate, dark malt, black currant - berries, light lacto.
