Re-rating (previous 3.2). Review based the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21B - Red IPA - Session). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L268D06 (BBF 3.21). AROMA: medium hop aroma with notes of grapefruit, slight pineapple and pine. medium-low to low malty-sweet background with slight toasty notes. APPEARANCE: light amber color and slightly hazy. medium ivory head with average retention. TASTE: medium hop flavor with pine-like notes and slightly floral. medium-low malty-sweet background with an slight toffee character. medium-high to high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: a Session Red IPA with ok notes.
