Tap at DC Hama. Crystal clear gold with a small white head. Big pineapple, mango and tropical fruit nose with some light grainy malt and grapefruit. Very clean on the palate and hides the abv masterfully. Good carbonation with a fairly light body. Nice fruit-forward, bitter finish. Very tasty. --- Beer merged from original tick of Victory DirtWolf Double IPA on 29 Feb 2016 at 18:16 - Score: 7

Just tried this right after a Boulevard Calling DIPA. Much maltier, sweeter, and a little less balanced and acidic somehow than the Boulevard. Still a good beer, just strikingly different.

This IPA poured a medium cloudy yellow colour with a nice, big, white head. Scents include citrus, and lots of it. A little dough/bread in there too. First swig was beautiful and creamy with flavours of lemons, oranges, bananas... Lots of citrus. Finish is is pretty bitter with those citrus flavours lingering forever!

Enjoyed at the Red Rock Casino in Vegas. Pours a clear golden colour with a white head and decent lacing. Grapefruit aromas with mild grain and not too sweet for IIPA. The taste has grass, but mild and well-balanced with some grain malts. The mouthfeel is kind of grainy, and nicely dry. This is quite an easy-drinking Imperial IPA that is more fruity, fresh grassy, than sweet and a nice dryness.
