V nekaterih primerih nad ustvarjalnostjo prevlada natančnost in poznavanje meja.

Bottle split at Pigs Ear ’15, 01/12/15. Gushing APA ... good start ! Hazed orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is orange pith, straw, bread dough, citric peel, grain. Taste comprises light floral notes, straw, mandarin, earthy hop, citric pith. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, juicy hop rinse at the curtain call. Not bad but over carbonation lets this juan dune.

Bottle shared at Pigs Ear 2015, day 1 - London. Cheers! Gusher! Pours murky gold (the gush did that) with a big, foamy white head (again, gush). OK aroma, some grapefruit, flinty minerals, pale bread, melon. Light sweet flavor with a little funky edge, peach, grapefruit, lightly bitter hay. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Dry finish, pithy, with further grapefruit and peach. Just OK.

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Saska. Hazy deep amber color with thin creamy off-white head, some yeast residue and soft visible carbonation. Aroma of grapefruit, passion fruit, pineapple, pine and mild caramel. Taste starts light sweet and sour grainy and caramelly, follows by fresh citric acidity with moderate bitter finish. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Lacks a bit of a body, which is acceptable by APA’s, too much citrus inside, but at least without any flaws...
