Amber, intense in colour and with a persistent head. Intriguingly aromatic bouquet. Soft and balanced, with enjoyable toasty notes, hints of red fruits and a slight spiciness from refermentation in the bottle, which adds even more interest. Malts: Pilsner, Chocolate. Hops: Saaz, Perle. Ingredients: water, malted barley, hops, candy sugar.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit and candy sugar. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish. 110113

Bottle @ Berliner Weisse Takeover, Ulfborg 2013. Pours ruby amber with a small creamy head. Bread, caramel and a bit of fruit. Clean and very pleasant! Medium bodied.

18/11/12 - 75cl bottle @ Horecaexpo (Gent) - BB: 22/XII/13 (2012-1292)

Clear red brown beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: yeasty, raisins, chloride, caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: some caramel, toast, citrus, bit hoppy, dry and grassy. Aftertaste: hops, little malty, raisins, bitter ending.
