From the brewery's website:
Kapittel Blond is een zacht blond bier van hoge gisting met nagisting op de fles. De smaak start met een lichte zoetzure toets, waarop een zachte fruitsmaak met een hint van citrus en sinaas volgt. De lichte afdronk, gecombineerd met het sprankelende parelen van de koolzuur, zorgt voor een gebalanceerde verfrissing.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours intense blonde, fairly transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is estery, orange peel. Body is average, with weak carbonation. Taste is well balanced, with some sweetness, but moderate. Final is average.

Bought from Beers of Europe drank at home. Not bad, head dispersed very quickly leaving a clear, light amber liquid. Sweet with a slight hoppy finish. 6.2% ABV.

Optisch leicht trübes Gold im Glas, feine Perlung, Schaum passt. In der Nase hefig, Getreide. Im Trunk dezent fruchtig, leicht sauer, spät bitter. Okay.

Na ontkurking was het net champagne, het bleef schuimen. Volle blonde smaak, niet uitgesproken op een vlak.

Rather typical Belgian Blonde aroma of fruits, yeast, spices and some hops. Flavour is yeasty, fruity, medium sweetness. A decent example of the style.

0.33 l bottle from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', bottled in April 2024. A bit hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, gently yeasty-spicy and moderately fruity-floral aroma of clove, peach, vanilla and some grains. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit grassy taste of lemon peel, grains, vanilla, some peach and a touch of clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish with a touch of cardboard. Medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite fruity for the style but also rather stale, unfortunately.
