Kapittel Blond is een zacht blond bier van hoge gisting met nagisting op de fles. De smaak start met een lichte zoetzure toets, waarop een zachte fruitsmaak met een hint van citrus en sinaas volgt. De lichte afdronk, gecombineerd met het sprankelende parelen van de koolzuur, zorgt voor een gebalanceerde verfrissing.

Appearance: Amber, slightly hazy. Good amount of off-white head. Aroma: Hops, fruit, slightly metallic and some yeast. Taste: Nice fruit and hops, some light malt and sweetness. Good balance. Info: 300ml bottle, 25/10-2013, 50/100, BB: 31/1-2014

Where: Oud Vlaenderen, Poperinge.
Appearance: Cloudy yellow colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruity malt, hops.
Body: Light with some carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, hops, caramel.
Comment: A bit watery. Ok, but there are so many better Belgian ales out there.

Bottle @ Home. Pours golden with a huge white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, honey, wheat, grass. Flavor of malt, honey, white sugar, little grass, little sweet fruit. Medium body, lively carbonation. 140713

Dobre, smaczne ale zbyt malo wyrazne jak nabelgijskie piwo klasztorne oraz pozostaly asortyment Kapiteli. Piana srednia ale trwala, troche gruboziarnista. Metnosc spora co w smaku przeksztalca sie w przypalony biszkopt lub spod od piccy. Drozdzowe. Troche posmak i zapach zepsucia, ale piwo nie bylo nawet przeterminowane.

Sehr mild im Antrunk. Weich, bananig, mild. Zum Hauptteil kommt eine angenehme Herbe hinzu, die aber zum Nachgeschmack hin etwas kratziger wird. Auf der Zunge bleibt eine weiche, angenehm milde und leicht bananige Note. --> leckeres Bier!

Draft at De Paas, Den Haag. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is big Belgain yeast leading to a yeast and malt combo flavour. Ok and refreshing but nothing special.

Pour is a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is full of fruity esters and not much else. Flavor is pretty much the same. A dry plis type malt with Belgian yeasty esters taking over from there. Finish is light and not much in the aftertaste. Kinda a one trick pony with the Belgian yeast

Aroma has citrus, some apricot, carmael and hints of spices. Flavour has somewhat soapy citrus, fruity notes, spices and some caramel. Your typical Belgian ale.

Flaske fra Belgisk Bryg, etter et smørbrød med Matjes-sild: kortvarig skum. Aroma av gjær og stall. Ganske frisk, men lite smak og fylde for en belgier. Passe karbonert. Noe vandig ettersmak. Mens jeg venter på virkningen av de 6,5 er den foreløpige konklusjon at dette var et engangsforsøk. Nytt forsøk 30.3.13, fra skibsrederens lager: smak, fylde og ettersmak overbeviser litt mer enn sist (kanskje var det matjessilda sin skyld?), men den blir allikevel aldri en favoritt hos meg. Opp til 3.0
