Bottle. Pours clear golden, small white head, dissipates quickly with no head. Aroma is corn, grain, grass. Medium sweet, corn syrup, metallic bite, light bitter. Light body, a but acidic. Not good.

Bottle. A- Cereal, slightly herby. A- Pale amber color, slightly hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Balance of bitterness and sweetness. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, smooth finish. O- One of the best gluten free beers I’ve had. Smooth and refreshing. Not a lot of taste but not bad by any means.

330ml bottle. Pours a pale yellow gold colour, with a foamy white head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of grain, some grass. Taste is sweet & grainy with a honey-ish note and metallic bitterness. Light bodied, medium carbonation, sweetish finish. OK.

33cl Bottle (part of a four pack): BBD Sep 2013. Poured into a ’Veltins’ badged tulip on a sunny Shropshire Sunday during July 2013. Usual lager/pilsner look and feel: golden and bright with a thin white covering of tight bubbles. Semi-sweet malt nose with hints of floral hops as the beer warmed in the glass. The taste was also semi-sweet malty, with a hop dryness towards the end of each sip. Nothing special but nothing wrong with it either. OK, an average lager/pilsner with no ill effects by being ’gluten free’.
