This beer has been on their list for a long time. Can't believe I waited till now. Golden yellow body with thick white head. Cloves and good bread in aroma. Spice and herb in full body. Long herb finish

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een goudgeel bier met stevig wit schuim. Het heeft een moutige geur. De smaak is moutig en zoetig.

For the best wheat beer in the world it is actually slightly different from the quintessential examples in the style. Has a bit of a spice to it. Pivovarsky klub prague. I’ve had it a few times since, and finally got a 3 week old bottle. It is less fruity than most in germany. But fresh it is lively and doesn’t have that peppery aroma that was probably just oxidations mixing with the flavours of the beer. Moved up from a 3.7

Aroma of clove, banana, light citrus, a little peppery, wheat, dough. Great balance, easily drinkable. Great Weizen.
