Regular English bitter on the Asian hands, perfect on the terrace during the summer, a good pint for nice friends, not exceptional. 07.04.2019, sharing it with Fred, in family with a good pasta with salmon, in Geneva, Grand-Lancy.

Kupferrote Farbe, fast glasklar. Geringe Schaumentwicklung.

On tap. Thin white head on hazy amber color. Malts and hops in aroma, moderate bitterness in taste. Medium bitter finishing. Easily drinkable, soflty carbonated.

Very British, lots of fruit esters and toffee malt and cracker, with a modest floral bitterness on the finish. Used to drink this all the time in the pre-craft boom days (c. 1999 or so). Been a while since I’ve had a pint. Happy to revisit.
