Deep gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma is grainy and dusty with a touch of candied apple. Taste is bitter with an underlying dough-like sweetness and a faint metallic edge. Medium bodied, great chewiness, moderate to mild carbonation. Mixed bag. Drinkable.

3/6/2023. Bottle shared at SBGP3. Courtesy of Matthias, cheers. Pours clear golden bronze with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, fruited, biscuit, orange rind, grain, marzipan. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Oily, average carbonation. Good looking beer, lacked some depth.

€-Fläschle (Dank am See!): Deep golden, a bit unclear, small but stable white foamy layer, mild sweetish (dark-) malty nose with even milder metallic traces underneath, invisible herbal hops as well; mild to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied, almost soft; shorter and molecularly drier malty and bitter finish. Drinkable...

bottle from Heinrichs 3000 Kornwestheim. Pale golden colour, small white head. Malty base, shy touch of farmyard, shy hoppy hints. Quite tame.

50cl bottle courtesy of koelschtrinker, thanks! A clear amber beer with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of caramelized reddish malt, nuts and spicy hops. Taste of nutty and caramelized malt, reddish malt, mild spicy hops.
Bottle, thanks Roman. Floral notes, honey, grains, some lightly yeasty notes, caramel. Mostly dry, dusty bitter finish. A bit flat.

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle! Smooth and fresh beginning. Easy to drink, round and smooth. Hints of grain, a bit sweetish-grainy. The bitterness is a bit sharp and neutral. The aftertaste is sweetish with grainy hints. Somehow unround. Sad.

I know this beer as "Gruibingener Winter". Pours unclear dark brown with a bubbly off white head. Yeast, toffee, caramel and fruit. Smooth and chewy with a whiff of alcohol.
