medium sized creamy ecru-ish white head; aroma of linden honey, honeycomb toffee, elderflower, some dried apricot, grainy, herbal and grassy notes; taste of hoppy bitterness honey-like sweetness and similar notes to the aroma; I like it very much!

Bottle at Hopa. Semi opaque pale golden pour with a white head. Nose is hay and honey with some bready notes. Taste is pretty much the same as the aroma: sweet malts, mainly honey and hay with some faint grassy notes. It's on the verge of being overly sweet but manages to avoid it. Closes with a sweet finish, has a medium to high-medium body and soft carbonation.
