Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is apple juice, some yeasty, mild nectar like elements. Flavour is floral, fruity, apple juice, some wood and mild aloe veraish tones.

ABV: 5.5%. ✅ Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy and open, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is apple, tart, sour apples, nail polish, vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, apple, sweet apples, tart - sour, vinegar, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20220522]

--Bottled, thanks Taboada! -- Hazy golden. Tart, leathery nose with some citric notes. Vinegary tartness, light to medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Apple skins, citric apples, hay and leather. Mildly acetic finish.

Pours hazy straw color with thin white head. Aromas of apples, oak, and funk. Slightly tart apple skin flavor with some funk and mustiness. Medium body with almost no carbonation.

330ml bottle from trade with Taboada. Many thanks! Pours a hazy orange. Aroma has plenty of wild meadow funk and woody orchard mist. Taste build on this with drying, nettley wild funk, sharp measured acidity and gentle cheek-sucking tannins with pleasantly sharp cider apple fruit.

On tap at Tip Tap Room, pours s hazy copper, with just a few bubbles of head. Nose brings out moderate funk, with some champagne yeast and light apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of barnyard funk, dry champagne, and apple skins. Bone dry, so much so that it puckers in the mouth. Excellent.
