Taster at the brewpub. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- resinous, citrus jelly. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, honey, citrusy, brown sugar, herbal, yeasty. Light to medium bodied. Tasty.

0,33l bottle from K-Supermarket Lippulaiva. BBE 24.01.2023. Clear golden beer with almost no head. Aroma has lot of sweet notes. Honey dominating with some caramel, sugar and citrus. Flavor has pommac soda with citrus, honey and sweet sugar. This is sima as it's purest. Difficult to rate as this is far from a beer, but very good for Finnish Vappu.

A golden colour, a head very small and white. Aroma has fruitness like pommac -soda, honey. Taste has fruitness, pommac, sweetness of honey, balancing hoppyness. Light+ bodied. No problem to drink this, ok.

On tap at Crafter's Pub, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued fermented out honey and straw. Flavour is pretty weak and watery, with straw and cereal malts. Not much depth to this, even given that this is a session mead. Not very good.

RBESG 2017, sampled on July 23, 2017 @ Villi Wäinö, Helsinki. Pours clear amber-golden, some white foam. Honey-sweet, not too much, just fruity. Tastes sweet again, rather more like some canned pears in syrup, light lemonade from Soviet times. Actually mainly lemonade in the taste. Drinks dangerously easy although its really sweet as well. Beewax coming out in the really late finish.
