Kaffeeartiger, sehr weicher Antrunk. Minimale Bitterkeit, würzig, runde Röstnoten. Intensiv, der Kaffee steigert sich. Gut! 12/12/12/11//12

On tap at Hoppy Days. Black colour, creamy frothy beige head. Aroma of a glass full of eggy farts, sulphur, really off. Flavour of hard-roasted malts, hint of leather, coffee beans, berries, bitter finish. Light bodied. Something was wrong here. Will re-rate when given the opportunity.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks troubles. Very dark brown to black color. Really nice roasty aroma with coffee, light acidic hints and some dark chocolate. Sourish roasty flavor with some coffee and a light infection hint. Medium-bodied.

Black color; small brownish head. Strong aroma, of dusty roasted malt and stale bread. Roasted malt flavor, strong, also with an evident liquorice presence, and some late chocolate; dry.
Chaotic.

Cask @ Brassigaume 2012. Very dark brown; lighter shade of black, little in the way of tanned head. Smells of roasted coffee, light vinous, lots of coffee, simple sweet chocolate, grains and very light roast. As usual with cask, this one is close to flat, lightly oily, not bad with this one, sort of works and would make this one quite sessionable. I am still not the biggest fan of cask, unless if you are doing sours or something. Sweet, lots of coffee, chocolate, light roast, touch vinous, oily nuts, milk chocolate,… Sort of meant to be done in pints. Bit messy but I dig it.

Cask @ Brassigaume 2012.
