330ml bottle. Jet black colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, mostly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Slightly musty, earthy, fruity and chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of red and dark berries, berries, cherry, lingonberry, blackberry, black raspberry, cheesy hints of sweat, sweaty feet. Taste is sweaty, funky, fruity and chocolately dark malty, cheesy notes of sweat, parmesan, hints of red and dark berries, blackberry, raspberry, lingonberry, a touch of dark chocolate, subtle sweetness. The wild or bretty fermentation of Dark Ales doesn't really work for me in a lot of cases due to unappetising side-effects - same here. Well-understood: not a bad beer, nice fruity aspects, but the sweaty and cheesy interference is serious.

Funky, cherry, almost vinous, balsamico, coffee. More tart than sweet, some roastiness. Almost lightish body, natural carb. Thx Stefan!

Bottle, courtesy of Mister_Li, thanks! Pours black. Aroma is strong brett över roasted malts. Body is medium, more brett, lively carbonation, dung and stables. Weeeeeird as fuck. Not working out for me, but I'm glad to have tried.

Bottle: Very deep amber coloured, presumably hazy, big and slowly collapsing tanned head, moderate sourish nose of tobacco and roasted malt; moderate sourish bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, not really soft; lingering sourish-bitter malty and fruity finish. Not that good...

Bottled 330ml. -from Die Bierothek Bamberg. Brown to black coloured, medium sized beige head, dried fruits, cherries and light caramel in the nose. Light roasted malt, dried fruits, cherries, noticable Brett and touch of alcohol with mild caramel touch in the finish. Interesting one.

0.33 l bottle from 'bier.', bottled in April 2018. Black with a massive, dense, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty, quite fruity and slightly sourish-funky aroma of dark chocolate, licorice, rosemary, blueberry, raspberry and some leather. Gently sweet, malty, quite roasty, a bit sourish, quite funky and moderately fruity taste of lots of dark chocolate, hard roasted coffee, licorice, leather, some wood and a touch of red berries, followed by a medium long, rather roasty-bitter, earthy-dry, slightly tart, funky, a bit woody finish with medicinal notes and a touch of glue. Medium body, smooth, slightly creamy and just a little astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very complex beer, rather intense with lots to discover, but somehow the Brett doesn't fit in that well, some harsh medicinal and almost chemical notes appear.
