A Jam52 a sörfőzdénk első American Pale Ale söre. A Jam72 amerikai fesztiválos lazulós koncepcióját ültettük át APA stílusra, viszont NEM a Jam72 kevésbé alkoholos verziója. Teljesen más malátát és élesztőt használtunk, valamint a komlóösszetétel is más. A célunk egy krémes kortyérzetű, aromás, könnyen egész estés sörré avanzsáló pale ale volt.
A Jam52 egy maláta-élesztő-komló egyensúlyra törekszik, ahol az egységből egyikük sem lóg ki igazán. A karakteres, testesebb malátásság mellett szamócás komlóaromák és krémesebb kortyérzet jelenik meg.

Draft at the Madhouse. Poured a clear medium amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, herbal, light toffee. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, rich, malt, light toffee, herbal, light metallic, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Very slightly hazy gold with a small, bubbly white head. Piney hops on the nose, with some soft caramel malt and a hint of citrus. Smooth and just a touch herbal, grapefruit bitterness and pine to the fore with an underlying sweet malt backbone

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Can, 5.2%. Hazy yellow with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, minerals and a little citrus. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, little citrus, medium sweet, little dry, minerals and a little bitter.

0.44l can. Golden body with a white head. Aroma and taste of sugar syrup (quite sugary), bready malts, some bubble gum, oats and a nice amount of grapefruit-like and piny hops. Nice session beer.

Can 44 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Very faint citrus aroma - is this even dryhopped? Medium body, vaguely fruity with a dry and lightly fruity finish. Totally generic and unspectacular Pale Ale. 040622
