This is the beer we created for our taproom, the Terminal 1, here at the brewery. A light, lean and scented American Pale ale. Light mouthfeel and gentle bitterness, enriched by a great freshness and generous citrus fruit notes given by Citra hops.

Hoppy aroma of citrus and some tropical fruits. Flavour is citrus, grapefruit, grassy hops, with some bitterness in the aftertaste. A bit watery on the palate, as should be expected (and accepted!) for a 3.7% beer.

On tap at Kinotto Bar. Cloudy yellow with medium white head. Hoppy, some fruity notes, stale, ripe fruit, sweet, some vegetables. Seems to be in bad condition.

330ml bottle @ Dough Dough, Chester. Pours a misty pale yellow, white froth atop. Aroma has light cereal, lemon citrus. Taste is fairly light, thin bodied, verging on watery, pleasant lemon citrus. Serviceable low strength pale ale that went well with a fresh Italian style pizza.
