Bottle at BRLO taproom as 'Mamma Weisse', Berlin, 11/07/19. Hazed orange yellow with an off white head that soon collapses. Nose is mango pulp, citric zest, grass, citric sherbets. Taste comprises mango smoothie, lactic tang, grass, straw, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering close. Decent refresher.

Draft at Le Grincheux. Hazy yellow mango juice with white head. Mango, passionfruit, wheat, kellte sour notes, soft herbs, lactic notes, creamy grains. Medium sweet and sour. About medium bodied. OK.

(Draught at BRLO Brwhouse, Berlin, 8 May 2019) Hazy yellow colour with brief white head. Looks like orange juice. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of mango, pineapple and tropical fruit. Fruity, slightly tart taste with mango, tropical fruit, mango juice and a mild acidity in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing, lots of mango. Nice one.

330 ml bottle as Mama Weisse. Big foamy head, cloudy orange. Lime, passion fruit, cassis, red currant, some white balsamico. Dry sourness. Medium bodied, oily milky texture, lively carbonated, dry sour finish. Very good!
