Tap at BGB with Gurthnar. Bit hazy yellow-golden body, off-white head. Almost dank herbal, citric, pinrapple hoppy aroma, on a decent light sweetish malty background. Soft, flat, lean, dry taste, mainly strong herbal notes mixing with pineapple, medium herbal dull hoppy bitterness. Okay.

Clear blond to light orange beer, big solid creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: a bit oxidized, grassy, some citrus notes, grapefruit, hoppy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: grassy start, some citrus notes, hoppy, good bitterness, grapefruit, nice! Aftertaste: hoppy, grassy, dry.

A: mango, peach, mandarin, biscuit.
T: sweetish peach, mandarin, bitter citrus peel, bit sour.
F: bitter piney hops, grapefruit, citrus pith.
P: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
Very solid.

Direct from the brewery. Gold with a frothy, white head. Citrus and grapefruit aroma with caramel undertones. Taste is bitter verging on astringent at the finish. The strong bitterness keeps this one from feeling particularly juicy or refreshing. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Okay.
