Canned. Typical huge fruit salad nose, peaches, melon, mango. Nice glowing colors. Flavors of cat piss, nice malts, fruits—citrus and tropical. Good balance. Dig it.

Big caramel backbone, hugely caramel notes with pine and citrusy notes. Big over the top tomorrow and everything is good with this beer. So balanced.

Can, canned 2/12/13. Thanks Kyle! Pours clear amber with a medium off white head, creamy with nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, tropical fruit, cat piss. Flavor about the same, lightly sweet, light plus bitterness. Full bodied, creamy mouthfeel. Quite nice.

The can pours deep gold with copper hues and a near white head of foam. The aroma is big and yummy with earthy dank hops, spicy hops and then a modest degree of citrus hop goodness rounding things off. Dang! The taste is similar with rich yummy dank and spicy hop richness where I’m also getting floral hops and plenty of hop bitterness. It gets into robust levels of grapefruit and lime like citrus hops midway and to the finish. Great stuff.

Aroma is all hops - very fruity with lots of citrus, grapefruit and mandarins mostly. There is also a nice floral note that combines nicely with some tropical fruit, apricot and peach. A very slight resin note is there as well as a faint alcohol aroma. Pours a very clear, light golden orange with a slightly off white head that lingers as a thin film on top and thicker on the edges. Light lacing with small legs. Flavor starts with a bit of sweet biscuit and cracker malt with a faint caramel note. The malt fades away and the hops come into the picture. Citrus, tropical fruit, stone fruit and a more assertive resin note than in the aroma. Strong, lingering bitterness dries the palate in the finish. A light alcohol note is also found in the finish. The finish has some grapefruit and resin to it as well. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Light hop astringency, but it's not too bad. Moderate alcohol warmth. This is one of my favorite Midwest IPAs and this can was only 4 weeks old. The hop character is very assertive and the malt is in the background. Not quite a West Coast IPA but right on the border. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

16 oz can from a trade with portableparty. Pours slightly hazy burnt orange color with off white head. Aroma of grapefruit rind with a hint of caramel. Bitter grapefruit and resinous pine flavors with some other citrus fruits. Slightly sweet caramel also. Medium body with average carbonation and.a resinous mouthfeel. Excellent! Thanks Jeff.
