We use literally tons of fruits when making our DEEP series beers. This one is a double stone fruited Nordic sour, brewed with insane amounts of peach and apricot. Soured with our house lacto culture, we also added a good chunk of oats and milksugar for extra creamyness. Keep cold, drink fresh and enjoy!

can from [VastActiv] thanks Janne, European Local Swap 3/2018. on a very hot day 26 in Oktober, pours orange with white head, it looks and smells like an old skool glass of 'punica' with sour notes, lots of peach, and apricots. Taste of mega apricots and peach, sour, soft, smooth, this is fantastic, very smooth and gentle balanced sourness, one of the best Berline Weisse´s i ever had.

Can 0.5l at home, Vantaa. BBE 24/09/2019. Colour is hazy light orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, some wheat, some lemon and some malts. Lots of citric acidic elements. OK but not my style.
