A Belgian recipe meets the Mediterranean temperament. Coriander and orange mix together for the first time with the Greek wheat and create an unexpected harmony of flavors and aromas. Refreshing, delicate, delicious!

Bottle from Ottakringer shop. Hazy golden colour. Very poor head retention. Aroma classic Belgian spicy with clove and coriander dominating. Taste shows slightly sharp overcarbonation. Then there is a solid sweetness, malty, sugary, candyish. Also spicy but rather simple, clove and coriander. Overall a good beer, no stunner though.

330ml bottle, many thanks to Rouhlas! Pours murky yellow with short-lasting white head. Aroma is mushy over-ripe banana and vanilla yeast esters. Taste continues with a good yeasty sweetness and moderately spicy finish. Delicious.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a dense white head with good retention. Very true to style aroma of yeast and perfumy coriander. Fairly solid malt base, fruity, yeasty, slightly phenollic and again spicy. The alcohol is there making a richer Wit. Not too bad for what it is. 140715
