This year’s release of B-Bomb is aged in 8–12-year-old American Oak bourbon barrels and is a blend of 9, 12, and 24-month old barrel-aged Winter Ale. B-Bomb achieves distinct bourbon, oak, cacao, leather, toffee, and dark coffee notes from its extended barrel aging and barrel blending. Each barrel contributes a different note, and combining each barrel to create a coherent tone is a distinct art and true pleasure. Please do enjoy this unique barrel-aged ale today but know that B-Bomb will age gracefully for at least another 5 years. Don’t Be Afraid To Be Abominable.
Down & Dirty: 2-Row Pale, Crystal-120, Munich, Roast Barley, Carafa-2, and Chocolate malts with Columbus, Willamette, and US Goldings hops.

Bomber, 2023 vintage. Toffee aroma with notes of chocolate, coffee, leather, molasses, brown sugar, vanilla, bourbon and oak. Pours deep brown with half a finger of mocha brown head that has good retention and good lacing. Starts with rich toffee, chocolate, molasses, leather and vanilla flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with coffee, brown sugar, bourbon and oak flavors as well as excellent warming booze at the end. Excellent!

12/4/2025. Bottle from Beerdome Online store. Pours close to black with a small frothy beige head. Aroma is rich chocolate, malted, woody, chocolate sponge cake, vanilla, dark fruits, dried fruits. Moderate sweetness and roasted bitterness. Full bodied, smooth, average to soft carbonation. Good finisher to the day.

Dark sweet malty with lots of chocolate, fudge and toffee, thick dense mouthfeel, bourbon kissed dark malty close. Lovely.
