Bottled 330ml. -from local Billa Klagenfurt. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, grainy and light herbal nose. Grainy, herbal, light bready and bit grassy with short bitter finish. Drinkable.

0,33l bottle at home. Bb 13.12.2025. amber hazy color, small white head. Smells pines, herbal, thyme, citric, spices, bergamot, tea like. Lovely smell. Light body, soft carbonation. Tastes earthy, grassy, herbal, light grains, kräusen, bit peppery, bit leathery, tobacco. Finishes dry and light to medium bitter with notes of grass, earth and tobacco. Smell was lovely, taste is good, but not on par. Overall for a low abv beer this is really good

From the eurospar, at Frastanz, in august 2024. Opening this bottle, on friday, at home, good deal with our home made pizzas. Enjoyable beer, free of alcool, brewed on the American way, pale ale, really smooth, bready, bitter and resinous at some moment. 29.09.2024

Seit langem ein Alkoholfreies 🫗, das ich gut gelungen finde. Das entstehende Loch das Geschmacksträgers Alkohol wird durch eine Extrazugabe von Hopfen 🪴 fein kompensiert. Dadurch het es einen eigenen, aber surchaus trinkbaren Geschmack.

Bottle at Sonnhang, St Johann in Pongau. Slight haze, nice citrus and lightly-dank pine notes. Well balanced, smooth bitterness, just a hint of grainy taste and the alcohol is missing. Similar to the NEIPA which is a tic better, maybe.

Optisch trüb und gelbocker. Die weiße, fein- bis mittelporige Schaumkrone wirkt sehr wässerig und hält sich bei knapp einem Zentimeter. Die Duftaromatik macht einen saftigen, süßlich-fruchtigen und leicht fruchtig-herben Eindruck. Noten von Orangen- bzw. Zitronen-Limo wirken durchaus einladend. Der Antrunk kommt angenehm spritzig, frisch und leicht floral bis grasig hopfenherb. Am Gaumen zeigt sich ein sehr schlanker Körper mit einer ganz zarten Malzbasis. Dass eine deutliche Hopfencharakteristik das Geschehen dominieren wird, war zu erwarten. Und man muss schon sagen, dass das auch richtig überzeugt. Sehr fruchtig-floral mit Zitrusnoten, etwas Ananas und Maracuja, aber ebenso sehr grasig-frisch und leicht harzig Hopfenherb. Das macht einen ganz guten, runden, harmonischen Gesamteindruck und man hat durchaus Freude an diesem Bier. Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit darf man als gut bezeichnen. Im Nachtrunk flacht die Aromatik leider rasch ab und eine etwas verwässerte trockene Hopfenherbe bleibt über. Mein Fazit: Eine wirklich gute alkoholfreie Version eines Pale Ale.

33cl bottle. A murky yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh citrusy hops, pale malt, yeast. Taste of intense citrusy hops, flowers, pine, pale malt. Really nice!
