Well stored bottle. Black body under a fine, lacing, huge, creamy beige head. Strong and nice aroma of dark roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and some pine. Taste is medium sweet, dark, smooth roasted malt, coffee, some chocolate, hint of vanilla, balanced bitterness and a touch of warming alcohol. Well balanced body with long lasting, tasty aftertaste. A really nice, well made, no-nonsense imp. stout.

Deep black color and a tan head. Nice nose of roasted malts, vanilla, cocoa. Taste follows the nose with nice dark chocolate and coffee flavors. Some liquorice at finish.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.0%. Black colour, large tan head. Aroma of roast malts and exotic woodwork, hints of mild coffee, chocolate and liquorice. The flavour is medium dry, with the same elements as the aroma.

Huge carbonated head slowly calmed down & I managed to get the second ⅓ if the bottle in the glass leaving... Creamy light brown head on a near black still body. Malt, dark berry & dark chocolate aroma. Medium bodied, sharp on the front with softer back. Bitter roasted malt, nutty, dark berry & dark chocolate tastes with a very tangy citrussy pithy finish.
