aroma is raspberry, strawberry, prunes, and figs, and LOTS of chocolate. Flavour is awesome. again with the chocolate, but there is a slight sourness to it, that really adds to the fruit flavours, wow this really works well together, exceptional beer!

My 7,700th rating and 770th Top 50 beer. 375 ml wax topped bottle from Tavour. 2023 vintage. Hazy chestnut brown color. Small, creamy beige head dissipates to a thin cap. Aroma of sweet raspberry and cocoa. First sip brings zesty notes of sweet raspberry, chocolate and warming alcohol. Flavors are pretty straightforward. The number one rated Eisbock in the world! 🌎

Bottle at share: dark brown with beige head. Aroma is loads of raspberry, chocolate, hints of booze. Thick sweet. Like raspberry chocolate candy. Nice.

2007 bottle. Dark red. This is muchucj drier than I expected. Showing some age, dust, over rioe raspberry. Great to finally try this.
