Sun-kissed threads of orange blossom honey, African Queen hops, and soft heaps of golden naked oats flow together into this powerful and regal DIPA. QUEEN BEE is an elegant and bold expression of nectarine and currant, sweet florals, and commanding citrus, all in delicate balance.

Odd, but not in a bad way, just kind of...different. Mild cereal sweetness mixes with undertones of floral honey, grapefruit, peach, mango, and tangerine. Gets knocked for vegetal undertones and a bit of wet malt, but the finish dries out and provides a mineral bitterness accented by modestly sweet touches of honey. Interesting.

Can at home. Hazy unclear light orange color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma is mainly tropical citrus fruits. The flavor has the same tropical citrus fruit notes but quite sweet, although there is some bitterness in there as well. Medium body, suitable average carbonation. Hmm I like it. It gets better and seems more bitter after a while. Yeah I like it. Nice.

Gott!
