This American-Style pilsner saw a couple changes this time around, mainly a switch from 2-row barley to 6-row American barley. This will provide a distinct character unique to American lagers. We took the ABV down from 5% to 4.7% to further increase the drinkability. Lightly-hopped to provide balance to the malt. This beer isn’t hoppy, it isn’t malty, it’s simple at its core and the perfect companion to hiking, grilling, sitting by the pool, or enjoying in a hammock.

can Aroma : slightly grassy, fat body, reminds me of spanish craft pilsener of old days, when they happened to not be very faulty. good stuff. mountain spices and crisp malts. Flavor is slighly less sophisticated and slightly more hay and grass. A very flavorful pilsener, bordering herbal and grassy. Pretty nice though, a balancing act, putting so much flavor in, without ruining it.

Can, 0.473l. Aroma herbal, citrusy, dank and resinous. Pours clear golden color with medium sized soapy white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet grainy and herbal, following is citrusy, yeasty and slighty medicinal, mouthfeel is rather dry, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. 1 is good, 3 are better…

Draught at MBCC 2023, Yellow Session. Covering white head, bright golden body, spotty lacing. Moderate smell of pale malts and noble hops. Similar taste of pale malts and noble hops added by a lemon bite. Drying end, ripe fruity. Clean on the swallow. Quite satisfying. (Copenhagen, 05.05.2023).
