This American-Style pilsner saw a couple changes this time around, mainly a switch from 2-row barley to 6-row American barley. This will provide a distinct character unique to American lagers. We took the ABV down from 5% to 4.7% to further increase the drinkability. Lightly-hopped to provide balance to the malt. This beer isn’t hoppy, it isn’t malty, it’s simple at its core and the perfect companion to hiking, grilling, sitting by the pool, or enjoying in a hammock.

MBCC. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - citrus and grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 055023

Tap. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy, cereals, earthy. Tasts is the same. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Alright, not great.

Opening Bash: gold with white head. Aroma is light grain with flowers. Taste is lightly bitter and grainy. Fine.

Can from Tavour at 4.7%. Pours shiny gold with a decent creamy white head that turned foamy. Aroma is bready with some sort of strange note. Med body. Flavor is bready with an underlying sour not. Dry. Very lightly bitter. ?

16oz can from the brewery. Funky ass off aroma, sort of odd and embarrassing from a brewery that makes World Class hazies. Sour garbage undertones. Some ingredient facets are there, but overall just weak lager brewing. Quite unimpressive.

Can shared by Adam, thanks! Pours a clear very pale straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has straw with a touch of earthy grass and just a hint of light pine. Flavor has a light grass and straw combo with light hay and a hint of lemongrass.

Can shared at Lucky Bamboo. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam that dissipates. Some light malt aromas and faint honeyed bread notes. Feels heavy and flavors muted on the palate.
