Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo for Aaron's birthday. Thanks Aaron! Pours a deep brown to black with a full finger of beige head that lingers, then dissipates. Huge coffee forward nose with melted chocolate, cacao nib and faint vanilla in the background. Bourbon comes out as it warms. Oak and coffee on the palate with a milk chocolate-like notes. Not overly sweet though. Lactose is held in check as well, but insanely thick and coffee forward without being bitter. Fudge brownie and coffee on the finish with bourbon and oak. Best in show for me at the share.
