Double IPA hopped with strata, cashmere, & citra.
Our newest release isn’t easy to pin down. Strata + cashmere + citra hops tie to subtle strands of expressive English yeast for a DIPA that’s smooth and just a bit of a sweet talker. Silky fresh-sliced mango mouthfeel and undaunted notes of lemon squares, clementine rind, and refreshing citrus sorbet leave a lasting impression.

ABV: 7.6%. Murky matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, sweet malt, tropical fruit ala mango - tangerine, candy - cake - pie - citrus sorbet. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, sweet fruit, candy, cake - pie - citrus sorbet, tropical fruit - mango - tangerine - citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211023]

Can. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus with a touch of tangerine and some sweet grains underlying. Flavor has dank citrus and light onion with some sweet grains and mango backing.

Tap@MBCC 2021, Copenhagen - hazed golden yellow with a white head. Sweet fruity with notes of. Uterus and tropical fruit, sweet malty base, medium body, solid hoppy base. Lovely.
